For the initial version of the KTM X - Bow, the word 'comfort' does not appear in the book charges. Fully dedicated to sports driving, this exclusively addressed to the pure and hard light and ultra efficient insect species. The ideal tool for pilots who, on the other hand, gladly put "beads" gloves to grip the wheel Morgan, Caterham or Westfield Hardy, preferring a more contemporary interpretation. Today, the surprises of the Austrian brand with its X - Bow GT, which will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show. She takes up the concept of the first version of X - Bow (see video below), with elements of the KTM range absolutely unprecedented comfort.
Thus, the GT has the right to a windshield that releases two passengers from the obligation to wear a helmet. It offers even with side Windows. Electric window lift however need: ice can not retract in the doors, but they serve as doors. And is not over yet: the windshield is uniform heat and has a cleaner windshield wiper system. Heating has also been strengthened, and the bucket seats are now filled. For small natures, the brand offers even a hood attachment, approved for up to 150 km/h! Well, it is still far from the convertible bourgeois that heated the rear part of the passenger or his blowing warm air in the neck, but the concept of the ultra-sportive bare take a shot.
The key is however except: behind the pilot still has a turbo 2.0 four-cylinder Audi, which develops here 285 horsepower and 420 Nm of torque. Enough to reach the stratospheric performance... provided they have the means. Because, as you might expect, this X - Bow of luxury is not given. Even without hood, it will cost us $86.710 pay this March, that the first will be delivered in late April.
